Hazelnut Cream Sauce

1 c. raw hazelnuts
2 c. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. apple juice

Put hazelnuts, water, and cornstarch in a blender. Blend about 1 minute until smooth. Place in saucepan; add the rest of the ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
